La Kizomba se danse en couple, très proche, sur des appuis lents, où la connexion compte plus que les figures.
Sans cours préalable, la piste démarre directement en danse libre : mieux vaut avoir déjà la marche de base et savoir suivre le tempo lent de la Kizomba. Les danseurs venus de l'Urban Kiz ou du Tarraxo y ajoutent un vocabulaire plus saccadé, avec pauses marquées et déplacements au sol ; les deux univers cohabitent, et l'on propose une danse plutôt qu'on ne l'impose.
Aucun cours n'étant annoncé avant le social, mieux vaut arriver avec le pas de base : la soirée démarre directement en danse libre à 10h00.

Autorskie podejście Olgi do kroków i ruchu głową w Zouku. Systematyczne, klarowne i bardzo praktyczne zajęcia, które dadzą Ci solidne fundamenty do wykorzystania w tańcu na parkiecie.

Przemieszczanie się w bliskim trzymaniu — bazując na pierwszym bloku zajęć, użyjemy nowo poznanych technik do wspólnego przemierzania parkietu. Płynnie i w połączeniu.

Olga Kostrova to artystka brazylijskiego Zouka i Lambady, pedagog oraz współtwórczyni systemu Zouk Atoms, mieszkająca w Bremie w Niemczech. Z wykształceniem w zakresie rosyjskiego tańca ludowego, muzyki, kizomby i brazylijskiego Zouka, znana jest w całej Europie z precyzyjnego, zorientowanego na szczegóły nauczania, wrażliwości artystycznej oraz umiejętności pomagania tancerzom w głębokim zrozumieniu ruchu, rytmu, footworku i headworku.
Adarsh to instruktor brazylijskiego Zouka i Lambady mieszkający w Warszawie, gdzie uczy jako część zespołu Lambada Warsaw. Znany z koncentracji na precyzji, technice i klarowności struktury, prowadzi tancerzy ku większemu komfortowi, flow i kreatywności w ruchu. Aktywny zawodnik na europejskim obwodzie festiwalowym, Adarsh wnosi zarówno analityczną, jak i artystyczną stronę tańca partnerskiego do wszystkiego, czego uczy.

Olga's signature approach to Zouk footwork and head movement. A systematic, clear, and deeply practical class that will give you tools you'll use every single dance.

Olga Kostrova is a Brazilian Zouk and Lambada artist, educator, and co-creator of the Zouk Atoms System, based in Bremen, Germany. With a background in Russian folk dance, music, kizomba, and Brazilian Zouk, she is known across Europe for her precise, detail-oriented teaching, artistic sensitivity, and ability to help dancers deeply understand movement, rhythm, footwork, and headwork.
Adarsh is a Brazilian Zouk and Lambada instructor based in Warsaw, where he teaches as part of the Lambada Warsaw team. Known for his focus on precision, technique and structural clarity, he guides dancers toward greater comfort, flow and creativity in their movement. An active competitor on the European festival circuit, Adarsh brings both the analytical and artistic sides of partner dance to everything he teaches.
